COVID-19

HELIX TECHNOLOGIES is currently accepting orders normally. However, As all SAGER laptops are assembled in California, USA (and currently there is a lockdown in place in the state of California), as well as delays across our logistics providers, there maybe a 1-2 delay in receiving your orders in Manila. Our total lead time is now currently estimated at 4-5 weeks. 

Rush Processing requests are currently suspended as we cannot reliably guarantee 21 calendar day turnaround for you SAGER laptop orders. 

HELIX is currently still able receive the laptops as they arrive, and we may be able to deliver them to you through our normal procedures. However, pickup requests can only be accommodated outside our office in the lobby for the meantime. Contact us for more information.
